互动策划总监 Digital Planning Director

DESCRIPTION
The Digital Planning Director (DPD) is the senior-level thought leader for digital media at Carat China. S/he is responsible for ensuring the highest quality strategic approach for the client

Working very closely with the planning teams, the DPD is responsible for increasing the quality, depth and sophistication of digital media plans and buys. In addition, the DPD must ensure that all agency personnel are equipped with the latest knowledge and understanding of the digital media market in China. Finally, the Digital Planning Director will work closely with agency leadership to develop capability in emerging disciplines across bought, owned and earned media.

This role requires an innovator with an enthusiastic passion for the digital media space in China. They will need the ability to manage a broad yet detailed understanding of industry trends, predict the future and deploy this knowledge across the agency. They will need to multi-task and be able to frame projects quickly, synergize inputs across multiple sources and be able to create new solutions efficiently where none may yet exist.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
•Train and mentor digital strategists (embedded into to client service teams) in best practices for digital media planning and implementation
•Identify new opportunities to service Kraft across the spectrum of digital touch points and develop a plan to build a plan to build these capabilities
•Provide leadership & perspective on key digital effectiveness measurement resources

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
•6+ years of experience in Digital / Strategic Planning; most likely to have come from full-service digital agency background with a strong blend of understanding the creative use of digital media.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin highly desired
• Comprehensive knowledge of the business and strategic impacts of digital marketing, including but not exclusive to digital media, creative technologies, data analytics methodology and tools, SEM, online video, eCRM, mobile media, website development, content/application development and emerging media platforms
• Experience in working on integrated marketing programs, with an understanding of how digital can build off of other media channels
• Proven success in identifying, activating and measuring breakthrough digital media opportunities
• Proven track record on great client service skill

互动策划经理 Digital Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities,
-Generate digital strategies for clients based on client needs and consumer insights
-Create tactical plans based on overall strategy and following thoughts
-To verify the work are correctly done by subordinates before sending to internal/external contacts
-Insuring that planners, and executives are fully trained on all aspects of online media planning including planning processes, use of research tools
-Balance job tasks between subordinates dependent on their availabilities and capabilities

Requirements,

-Mini. 4-6 years proven experience of account service or planning position in digital / media agency, consulting company (4A agency is preferred);
- Be detail-oriented, patient and responsible for work;
- Degree in marketing, advertising, business administration is preferred;
- Have good education track record in marketing, sensitive with numbers;
- Good strategic thinking/communication skill;
- Good proposal writing & presentation skills;
- Good project management;
- Be a frequent user of OFFICE software users;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1.Manage day-to-day business/requests of designated clients
2.Manage planning process from media brief, implementation brief to approval processes
3.Understand fully client’s business and category issues,ability to read simple tracking and brand health numbers , recommend appropriate media strategies, proposal / plan and ensure they are properly executed (budget allocation by channel, media weights, phasing etc.)
4.Ensure competitive reviews are properly executed and that are strategically relevant for the client (Demonstrated key learning / insights)
5.Stay abreast of available relevant research (in-house, client, other) or media industry trend in order to develop more effective media strategies and enhance team’s overall expertise
6.Positively challenge thinking from clients, media vendors and other disciplines (ability to defend own rationale)
7.Innovate projects/analyses that would be of benefit to client
8. Initiatives and pro-activeness to drive additional ideas for clients

HIRING REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
1. University graduate with minimum of 4 years across a broad range of clients in 4A media agency
2. Good command of English and Chinese
3. Good knowledge of CTR and relevant research tools
4. Strong relationship management (Client, colleagues and media vendors)
5. FMCG experience is preferred, but not a must
